Shipping policy

All orders, except for CUSTOM CREATIONS, will be shipped from our facility within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted at the time of order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Please note that our cut-off time for orders is 2 PM CST. Any orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed starting from the next business day as per the calendar.

Please allow up to 21 business days for the shipment of CUSTOM CREATIONS, particularly during the holiday season. If you also purchase non-custom items, please note that they will not be shipped separately. Should you require the non-custom items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for the custom items. Thank you for your understanding.
